Producer
Full-time position
Coronation is looking for a producer passionate about shepherding projects and stories that Crown the Good. Coronation’s producers are tasked with the planning, execution, and delivery of specific projects on time, on budget and of excellent quality. Producers work directly with creative leads to guide projects from start to finish, facilitating the creative, logistical and financial needs of the project.
The producer will coordinate with internal/external talent while maintaining quality control throughout the production pipeline. This is a hands-on role that works creatively, tactically and directly on supporting and executing the vision of production and ensuring that the final deliverables are worthy of Coronation’s portfolio and exceed stakeholder expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
Develop and maintain production pipelines from project onset through delivery. This includes live action, animation, and hybrid projects.
Meet regularly with Coronation’s leadership to provide project status updates and collaboratively allocate resources according to project needs across the company. Assign tasks and time to staff, coordinating schedules to facilitate timeliness and efficiency.
Track expenses and team time against the allotted spend, and maintain profitability. Communicate with Coronation’s bookkeeper about invoices, overages, and billing status of the project.
Respond dynamically to the tension between creative, budget, and timeline during production to develop solutions that ensure balance between all three.
Keep detailed records of deliveries and client notes; ensure quality control on the efficacy of creative solutions to meet client requests.
Advocate for both project requirements according to client needs, and for the creative vision of the team.
Logistics
Scout and secure locations.
Hire cast and crew for live action productions.
Handle travel & lodging needs for cast and crew.
Secure any other clearances.
Establish schedules and keep on them.
Track licensing and asset use.
Archive final deliverables and behind the scenes to prepare assets for portfolio use.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree, and minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing animation and live action content.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Able to manage team members’ tasks and time.
Able to communicate and negotiate with clients and external contractors.
Proficiency in Clickup.com or similar project management software.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet-based software.
Creative problem solver with the ability to multitask.
Familiarity with Apple/Mac computers.
Understanding of Coronation's core markets.
Must work at our studio in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and be legal to work in the US.
