WHAT WE CARRY, AND WHAT WE LET GO

In partnership with Sarkes Tarzian, Coronation produced a whimsical animated short that tells a deeper truth through a sea-faring fable.

Set on the open ocean, the story follows a salty old captain whose beloved boat is slowly sinking under the weight of his worldly treasures. As storm clouds gather and danger draws near, our Captain must make a choice. After coming to terms with the threat, he begins to throw his cargo overboard—first reluctantly, then joyfully.

Crafted for Sarkes Tarzian as a metaphor for internal transformation, the short film combines humor, heart, and craftsmanship to offer a resonant message in a fresh and delightful format.
